- 75ml milk (for 100 mg)

In this post, I will show you how to make pancakes for breakfast. This kind of cake is very convenient for those who are always busy or don't have time to prepare for a big breakfast. By following these simple steps, pancakes can be made fast. First of all, plain or all-purpose floor needs to be poured into a bowl with an amount of 100 mg (2 slices of pancake). This amount of flour is enough for 2 people. People can add more powders to make more pancakes. Then a little bit oil is put into the bowl of powder. Next, an egg is cracked into the bowl and beat until fluffy. The egg will make the pancake more tough, so people could use a little bit of olive oil to make it tender. After beating the egg, 75 ml milk, 1 drop of vanilla, a little bit cinnamon and a touch of salt are added into the bowl. In this step, all of the materials will become batter. Fifth, the frying pan is heated under a medium low flame. Then a slice of butter is put into to the hot pan. After putting the butter, people slowly pour the batter on the pan. The amount of batter that is poured to the pan will decide the size of final pancake. Next, people cook for about one minute or until the pancake is golden. Once the bubble appears on the top of pancake, people can turn it upside down. Finally, the other side is cooked until golden and remove. In addition, to decorate the pancake or to make it more delicious, people can add strawberries and syrup on the surface.
